Custom Rubber Stamps

Description

All our custom rubber stamps are laser engraved and cut to order right from our home in the United States.

• Choose size and mount type from drop down menu. Sizing is based on the longest side of your design.
• Email EPS File or large high quality 300 dpi black and white JPEG or PNG to polkadotorchard@gmail.com. Please include your order number and name in the subject line.
• For best results keep your art work simple and bold.
• At check out under notes please tell us the size you would like your stamp. We work in 1/4in increments (.00, .25, .50, .75). Also, include the best way to reach you, either through text message or email. Should there be any problems with your file or have questions we would like a quick way to contact you.

Tiny small details could be lost in smaller stamp designs, please keep that in mind when deciding on your stamp designs and size. Extremely large stamps could be hard to get a good impression because even pressure needs to be applied to all parts of the stamp.

*** If you plan on getting extra inky and messy with your stamp, especially with gelli printing and mixed media we recommend unmounted stamps as they are much easier to clean without a mount backing. ***

To use unmounted stamps with acrylic block or stamping tool use with grip mat, cling foam, sticky grid, double sided tape or repositionable glue.
 ** We prefer the grip mats  from Waffle Flower, cut down to fit a thin acrylic blocks or attached to the door of our stamp tool.**

Our wood mounts are approximately 1/4 inch and come with the stamp image engraved on the front. There is piece of foam attached with 3m adhesive between the rubber and the wood mount.

All stamps that are cling foam mounted will be cut out with a scroll saw or by hand. 

~ Works best with high quality pigment ink.

~ Clean with damp rag.

~ For really dirty stamps use gentle soap and soft brush (scrub gently). This is only for unmounted stamps as deep cleaning mounted ones could ruin your wood or cling foam backing.

~ Slight discoloration and some residue is normal due to manufacturing process and will not affect stamping quality. 

~ The color of our rubber stamps may come in different colors due to material availability or just for a fun change.

~ Cling foam may vary depending on manufacture availability.

Please be aware that computer, phone, tablet, etc. screens vary and the colors you are seeing may look slightly different than the actual product.

If you order a preorder or backordered item your order will be held until that item is restocked to ship complete order.

Most shippable product here at Polka Dot Orchard are homemade to order in our home here in the USA. Because of that we can not always guarantee a quick turn around time, but we will do our best to get your orders made and mailed as quickly as we can.

We do not except returns on custom orders.
