Hi crafty friends! Today is the start of a new challenge over on the SumMore Fun mood board. This mood board has some very nice fall inspiration. I was inspired by the color orange and pumpkin photo to create this tag.
Using a blending tool and Tim Holtz distress inks I created the background for my tag. I then stamped the leaf background with the Victorine Originals {Leaf Background} stamp. I also decided to distress ink the edges of my tag.
It was a pretty boring tag until I stamped the the Victorine Originals {Three Jack-o’-lanterns} which I painted with distress ink. I really like the font for the “Happy Halloween” sentiment I used (also a Victorine Originals stamp).
It’s always nice to add a few embellishments to crafty creations which I did by wrapping a little jute at the edge of the tag and adding a few orange sparkly sequins. I then finished it off by looping some brown ribbon through the hole in the tag.
